What is Mindsight Journey?

The goal of Mindsight Journey is to open your vision without eyes, also called mindsight or “third eye”. Each module has an instruction button, make sure your listen to each instruction before pressing on the START button. A playlist of Hemi-Sync meditations is playing on the background to help you relax and synchronize your brain hemispheres.

Modules

Here are some of the modules in mindsight journey. Not all modules are present in every platform. Some are more specitific to VR and some effects are also less detailed on mobile. The best experience you can have for the visuals effects is on PC and VR.

Cardiac Coherence breathing

The cardiac coherence module is your starting point. Before every practice, this module trains you to breathe at the optimal pace of 0.1Hz to achieve cardiac coherence.
The coherent frequency of 0.1Hz has been revealed to be an optimal state of performance related to greater access to deeper intuition and inner guidance.
Cardiac coherence primarily influences the alpha and theta brainwave frequencies, promoting a state of relaxation and focus.
The Alpha waves are associated with calm alertness, creativity, and a meditative state. These are dominant when you’re in a relaxed but awake state.
The Theta waves are Linked to deep relaxation, intuition, and a dreamlike state. These may become more prominent during extended cardiac coherence practice, especially if the breathing induces a meditative or trance-like state.
Cardiac coherence breathing regulates the autonomic nervous system, shifting the body into a parasympathetic-dominant state. This balance between the heart and brain reduces stress, sharpens focus, and promotes emotional stability, which is the pathway to opening your mindsight.

 

Meditation

This guided meditation module combines Hemi-Sync audio technology with deep visualization techniques to awaken and activate your third eye.
As the binaural frequencies guide your brain into synchronized alpha and theta states, the guided journey allows you to unlock enhanced inner vision, heightened intuition, and a profound connection to your higher self.

 

Colored words

Once you are relaxed and dropped into your right brain, this color module is your first practice exercise using your mask. Put your blindfold on and use your intuition to see the color. Press the right key on your keyboard to hear what color was on screen and display the next color. Keep practicing until your intuition gets better and better.

Simple shapes

Next step after the color module is to practice with a few symbols.
You might see flashes and pieces of images appearing.
Keep your eyes open in the mask.
At some point you will go from intuition level to seeing little dots and windows inside your mask.
Use bright lights, sunlight, or increase the brightness of your screen to help your mindsight see clearer.

 
 

Blinking shapes

The blinking shapes are here to awaken your mindsight, using stimulating black and white flickering images. They are calling your mind for attention.
The blinking frequency has been adjusted to 10Hz, 40Hz and 6Hz and to raise your brain alpha, theta and gamma waves that can help induce a relaxed yet alert state, similar to deep meditation.
Use the right key to move to the next shape and see if you can grasp the blinking shape.

 
 

Colored pictures

The color pictures are a more advanced module for those who have started to open their mind site.
As always, press the right key to go to the next picture.

 

Mind projection fractals

The mind projection modules are aiming to help you relax, focusing on a central point and projecting your mind. You can use these modules with or without a blindfold once you have your mindsight windows opening. Keep breathing with the 10 seconds cardiac coherence breath and stare at the middle of your screen. Every 5 minutes, close your eyes and try to see the same images with your mind.
If you own a VR headset, the same modules are available in a fully immersive 360 degrees experience..

 

Field of pinholes

Focus on the center shape, while keeping your mind relaxed. As you stare, flashes of white pinholes will be appearing in your peripheral vision. Every time you notice one, press your space key to acknowledge it, keeping your conscious mind engaged, allowing your awareness to expand.
The goal is to let your left brain occupied with a task, while your right brain wanders, allowing deeper perceptions. Over time more white dots will emerge made by your brain, signaling the activation of your mind sight.

 

Extrasensory Perceptions

ESP modules: The Extrasensory Perception Card module is a mind-bending intuition game where you test your extrasensory perception. Four cards are placed in front of you, but only one conceals a hidden picture. Trust your instincts, focus your energy, and make your choice. Can you tap into your sixth sense and uncover the hidden image? Keep track of your accuracy and practice your intuition!

 

Cheese Cloth

This module is a pitch black background to recreate the blindfold darkness, but with a parametric cheesecloth effect. The goal is to trick your brain that it can see through the holes and project your mind sight. Keep your eyes open, then move the joysticks to set up the cheesecloth. You can use the holes to start looking at papers of colors, shapes, and words, partially until your mind sight help you see the full images. You can also use the desktop application to display these images on your computer screen. Keep practicing every day until your mindsight kicks in. You can also get the same cheesecloth effect using a regular blindfold mask.

  • Long Press the screen 3s to say a voice command then release
